I do a "search" on anyone within 10 miles of my home town and I get for results people all over the world. Is "search" broken?

Latest Activity, Recently Joined, Match Compatibility and of course Distance.

I cannot chat anymore even though I have paid for a month in advance. I really want to chat to my people.

I still cannot chat even though I am paid through Christmas Eve. Customer service here really sucks. Nobody ever answers.
